Also known as “Toddler’s Park,” this block in the center of Tomahawk features restrooms, play equipment, basketball court, open space, and a gazebo with picnic tables. Washington Square is also home to the Marinette, Tomahawk & Western Railroad Co. #19 steam train; a historic fiberglass boat from the Tomahawk Boat Manufacturing Company; the log cabin Tomahawk Area Historical Museum; and the Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center.
Washington Square is also the site of Tomahawk Togethers‘ future Tomahawk Dream Park, a plan for a new all-ages, inclusive and accessible playground.
