Under "Registration Options" on the application below, select Quantity - 1 before entering your info.

At the bottom of the application, select the number of booths you would like to register. There are TWO TYPES of booths! Read below for descriptions.

You will then have the option to pay immediately by credit card, or be invoiced and mail a check.

EVENT TIME: 9 am - 3 pm
SET UP TIME: 6 am - 9 am

The Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the 44th Annual Arts, Crafts, & Vendor Fair! This is one of the area's largest fairs and is traditionally very well attended. We'll have food vendors, a kid's bouncy house, a shade tent, and live music too! (NOTE: We are no longer accepting additional food truck vendors for this year's event. If you'd like to be on our contact list for other Tomahawk area events, please email us!)

This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. No rain date. Booths will be assigned to you on a first-come, first-serve basis after our approval and receipt of your check or online payment. No electricity is available to booths. 

BOOTH TYPES:  
"STANDARD" display booths are 12' x 12' and in pods of four so everyone has a corner booth. You may drive up to your booth for setup and takedown. Vehicles must be moved out of event area before 9AM. Standard booths are $65; $75 each after May 31st.
"EDGE" display booths are are 12' wide and located along the edge of the grounds and allow for closer parking of a single vehicle/trailer behind them for the duration of the show. These are great for vendors with large or heavy items like furniture and are a limited quantity! $85 each; $95 each after May 31st (if available). 

Please note that the total number of attending vendors will determine the final booth layout and ultimate availability and location of these spaces. We reserve the right to ask you to move a vehicle at any time to maintain a safe environment and avoid disrupting fellow vendors and attendees. 

Be sure to enter quantity of booths you would like to reserve at bottom of form to proceed to payment!

Form must be filled out completely including the specific items you plan to sell at your booth and if you are an Independent Consultant. 

We will only accept one seller from specific home-based marketing companies on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like to be on a waiting list in case of any cancellations, please email us. ALREADY REGISTERED: Epicure, Pampered Chef, PaperPie, Scentsy, Norwex, Tupperware, Lila Rose, Tastefully Simple, Avon, Mary Kay.

***As an event vendor, the State of Wisconsin requires your Wisconsin Seller's Permit OR last 4 digits of your Social Security number. A Seller's Permit number is 15 digits beginning with 456. See https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/HTML/tempsell.aspx or call the WI Department of Revenue at (608) 264-4582 for more info.***

We reserve the right to refuse applicants who do not fit the criteria of our fair as determined by our committee. 

NO RAIN DATES and NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. 

Please arrange to be present for the full event time and do not begin to pack up or take down your booth until 3PM.
