Yoga is a practice designed to bring more awareness to our whole being; it is a path of self-realization. During our retreat, we will practice: physical yoga, breath work, meditation, explore the Koshas, build community, and have fun! There will also be an opportunity for a group snowshoe hike on Saturday afternoon. Gigi Heinz’s teaching style is infused with energy and passion. She enjoys connecting with her students and sharing her love of yoga. She has a BS in Health Promotion and Wellness, is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy, and has been instructing yoga for more than 15 years.
$290.00 for a shared room (includes lodging for 2 people/room, meals, and yoga instruction), or $325.00 for a private room (includes lodging for 1 person/room, meals, and yoga instruction).
A limited number of commuter packages are available. Arrival time: Between 3-5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8. Departure time: After lunch on Sunday, Feb. 10.
